Edgar Schein (USA) is the Society of Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus and a Professor Emeritus at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Schein investigates organizational culture, profess consultation, research process, career dynamics, and organization learning and change. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Scholar-Practitioner Award of the Academy of Management and the 2012 recipient of the Life Time Achievement Award from the International Leadership Association.
