Free Webinar with Ana Perez – Senior Gender Technical Advisor

In collaboration with the fantastic webinar host School of Becoming and its founder Ingo Rauth, we’re proud to invite you to this free webinar about Engage Inclusively: The Power of Micro-affirmations with Ana Perez as part of our webinar series ACTIVATING INCLUSION (see program below).

EVENT DETAILS

Are you tired of hearing about microaggressions? Those charged with the behavior may feel defensive, self-conscious, and under attack for what may seem like a pretty small infraction.

Meanwhile, those experiencing multiple microaggressions throughout the day, day after day, may be understandably tired of pretending there’s anything “micro” about such damaging behaviors.

Join us on this interactive dialog about the antidote of microaggressions and learn how micro affirmations are transforming workplace cultures. At the end of the session, you will learn about the power and impact of micro affirmative behaviors, you will also be able to recognize how to interact and engage with others in a more inclusive manner.
