Introducing Mindfulness
In collaboration with School of Becoming, we’re excited to launch our new webinar series about Mindfulness, which will cover you for knowledge about how to get a routine going that will benefit you tremendously.
Mindfulness with Diane Winston
Mindfulness involves paying attention to your present-moment experiences, and there is scientific evidence showing its positive impact on stress, attention, and mental and physical health. It can even help you deal with difficult emotions and reinforce positive thinking. During this session, you will learn the basics of mindfulness, try some experiential practices, and discover how you can apply it to daily life, especially to support you in these times.
