About Lisa Kepinski and Tinna C. Nielsen
Lisa Kepinski and Tinna C. Nielsen are the Founders of the Inclusion Nudges global initiative. They developed the Inclusion Nudges change approach based on their backgrounds in behavioral and social science and their lived and professional experiences with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
When they met in 2013, they both worked as leaders with global responsibility for inclusion and diversity in multinational organizations.
Lisa lives in Germany and Tinna in Denmark and they have worked together online for the past 7 years creating a global movement to fundamentally change how to make more equitable, sustainable, and inclusive organizations, communities, and societies. Inclusion Nudges are designs, which target the unconscious mind by nudging people to be allies and do inclusion as the norm everywhere.
Lisa, a social psychologist and founder of Inclusion Institute, and Tinna, an anthropologist and founder of Move the Elephant for Inclusiveness, are world-acclaimed experts in applying behavioral insights and design for impactful systemic, cultural, leadership, and behavioral change. In 2015,2016, 2017 they were listed Top 10 on the Global Diversity List supported by The Economist.
They work with organizations such as United Nations, OECD, Amnesty International, Red Cross, PepsiCo, Cargill, Barilla, as well as with governments, refugee camps, and other change-makers.
They enable and empower people to make the needed changes from inside the system. For this purpose, they author how-to guidebooks, such as The Inclusion Nudges Guidebook, and the Action Guide Series. Their mission is to make inclusion the norm everywhere, for everyone, by everyone.
Thank you to Lisa Kepinski, Tinna Nielsen, and School of Becoming for making this knowledge-sharing opportunity possible.
